Our restaurant is located on the ground and opens daily for a Full Buffet Breakfast. No bookings required.

Public Holidays 7.00am – 9.00am


Snacks and Beverages

Snacks and Beverages including bottled water are available to purchase from the Vending Machine in reception. There is also a convenience store located in the Plaza next door which is open until 9.00pm


Pub

The Brewhouse is located on the corner of Annerley Road and Stanely Street.

Open for Lunch and Dinner/Dinner – Drinks.

Sunday – Thursday 10.00am – Midnight
Friday – Saturday 10.00am -11.00pm


Gym

Our gym is open 24/7 and is in the foyer across from the reception. Please be sure to make note and follow all rules posted in the Gym Area. Over 18 only, no minors are allowed under any circumstances.

By Car South:

If coming from the South take the Stanely Street exit and then turn left at the traffic light, at the Brewhouse hotel into Annerley Road. The hotel is situated on the left side of the road.

By Car North:

If coming from the North you will be coming down Ipswich Road and then into Annerley Road. The hotel will be on your right-hand side.

Public Transport:

Closest Bus Station: Mater Hill – Approx. 3-minute walk
Closest Train Station: South Bank- Approx. 14-minute walk

Late Arrivals:

The hotel operates 24/7, so there is always someone available at the front desk to assist you, no matter the time of your arrival.


Parking Information

On-Site Parking:

When you enter our above ground carpark, you will receive a ticket from the boom gate machine as you enter. Hold onto this ticket as you will need to bring it to reception to get it validated prior to driving out in the car.

These tickets are one-time use only; you will receive a new ticket each time you enter the carpark. If you have parked in out Underground carpark, please come and see us prior to leaving and we will provide you with a free ticket.

Housekeeping

Your room is serviced daily generally after 1.00pm. If you have specific requests, you can always ask the housekeeping staff on your floor. If you need anything additionally reception can supply this.


Non-Smoking Policy

Our entire hotel is a smoke free zone. There is a designated area out the front of the hotel. A $500.00 cleaning fee will apply if you do not comply with this policy. If emergency services are activated due to smoking inside the Hotel an additional fee of $1500 + GST will also apply.


Equipment Hire

Cots: $15.00

Rollaway Beds: $25.00

Shower Chairs: $30.00

Laundry Services

There is a Washing Machine and Dryer located on each level. A $5.00 charge applies, and you can use your credit or debit card. This includes a full wash, and the Dryer is free of charge. Washing Powder is available at reception for an additional $1.00 charge.

An iron and ironing board are in the cupboard in each guest room for your convenience.

Feel free to see our Brochure Stand in reception or scan the QR in your room. Local maps are available from reception.


Hair Dryers

Hair Dryers are in all rooms.


Luggage Storage

Luggage storage is available at reception.


Safe Deposit

It is not recommended that you leave your valuables in your room as the hotel assumes no responsibility for valuables not left in your safe. Please follow the instructions found on the door of the safe.


Wake up Service

Please contact reception to organise a wake-up service.


Television Information

Foxtel is available in all rooms, and you cast from your own device.


Rubbish Removal

Recycling and waste bins are provided on each level near the lift, please feel free to use these for your convenience and for the convenience of our Housekeeping Team. If you require extra rubbish bags, please contact reception.


Guest Lobby and Reception

Additional seating for meetings or workspace is provided complimentary in our reception area for your convenience. There is also a large desk proved with charging options on it for your devices. Tea/Coffee machine is also provided.


Electrical Outlets

All electrical outlets in your room are off when your power card is not inserted in the control box. Please make sure that you push this card down until the power is activated. You should hear a click.

Hotel power is 240V. International adaptors are available at reception. These require a $20 bond which will be returned once the adaptor is returned.


Taxis

If you need to book a Taxi our staff can assist you. We also have Taxi Butlers which we can call with the press of a button. The wait time is very short.


Fire Alarm

If the fire alarm sounds you MUST evacuate. Please make your way down the nearest Fire escape and assemble in the Emergency evacuation area in the car park. This is in front of the shopping plaza. You must stay there until the Fire Department arrive and you are cleared to return to the property.

If you are unable to use the stairs, please contact reception for assistance or make your way inside the Fire Exit Door and wait for assistance.
