• Q: How can I connect to the Wi-Fi?
Choose the "Hotel Diana Guest" option from the Wi-Fi list, this will automatically open a web page for you to enter your password. Your password is in your key wallet, received on check in. If you are having trouble, please contact reception.

• Q: What do I do with the ticket I received entering the carpark?
Please bring the ticket to reception to have it validate so that it is free of charge. Do this before your leave the property. This ticket is a onetime use only, and you will get a new one once you return.

• Q. Where is the light switch for the light above the bed?
The switch is found in the mini bar area.

• Q: Do you have a pool?
Unfortunately, we do not have a pool, the closest swimming facilities are at South Bank Parklands or Musgrave Park Swim Centre.

• Q: Are the Tea and Coffee amenities in my room complimentary?
They certainly are, if you would like extras, please contact reception.

• Q: Are there Laundry Facilities on site?
Yes, we have a Washing Machine and Dryer on each floor. The Washing machine is $5, and the dryer is complimentary. You can use your credit or debit card for the machine. Washing powder can be purchased at reception for $1.00.

• Q: Do you have a Restaurant on Site?
Yes, we do have a Restaurant, this is only open for Breakfast. Monday-Friday 7.00am -9.00am and Saturday-Sunday 7.00am -10.00am. This is a Full Buffett Breakfast and is $25 for adults. Children depend on ages.

• Q: Do you have a Gymnasium?
Yes, we have a gym located across the lobby and this is open 24 hours a day. 18 years and older only.

• Q: Is there a smoking area?
The entire hotel including the courtyard are non-smoking. There is a designated area across the driveway in front of the hotel.

• Q: Does the hotel have Accessible rooms?
The hotel has three Wheelchair accessible rooms; these have fully accessible bathrooms and a King bed which can be split into Twins.

• Q: What are your check in and check out times?
Our check in time is 2.00pm and our check out time is at 10.00am. Our reception is open 24 hours a day.

• Q: Can we bring our pets to the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Service animals are accepted, however must wear their coats while on duty. Please provide paperwork to confirm you animal is a service animal.

• Q: What Attractions are you close to?
The hotel is close to Princess Theatre, South Bank Parklands, GOMA and the Museum, Queen Street Mall, Botanical Gardens and many other activities.

• Q: How far is it to the Mater Hospital?
It is a 4-minute walk to the front door, from the hotel you turn right and walk to the brewhouse pub. Cross the road at the traffic lights and continue straight ahead for about 40 metres and the entrance is on the right.
